Q: What is the latest time that I can place an urn order for shipment the same day?

A: All orders need to be received by 12:00 noon Pacific time to guarantee shipment that day including express deliveries.

Q: How much does it cost to ship an urn for overnight delivery?

A: SinoSource has many options to get needed item(s) to you in the time frame required. Because there are so many options, we ask you to call our office for the exact cost based on the item and your location.

Q: What is the turnaround time for getting personalized item?

A: Once the proof has been approved, the item will ship within 24 hours of receipt. In most cases the item ships the same day.

Q: I am a new customer to SinoSource. How can I pay for my purchase?

A: SinoSource accepts most credit cards as forms of payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). If licensed funeral homes, cemeteries, and crematories wishing to open an account with us, please refer to our policy section for a downloadable credit application.

Q: What is SinoSource’s damaged merchandise return policy?

A: All orders must be inspected for damage and defectiveness within 7 business days of delivery. Products damaged in shipment not reported within 7 business days of receipt will not be eligible for return, credit or replacement. Defective products due to poor quality will be replaced at no charge.

Q: Does SinoSource take back products?

A: SinoSource will exchange product for like merchandise provided the returned merchandise is in sellable condition and is returned in the original packaging material. Shipping costs on exchanged merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: What is SinoSource’s cancellation policy?

A: Orders maybe cancelled at no charge prior to shipment of merchandise. If products have been shipped, shipping costs will not be refunded and customers are responsible for charges incurred to ship products back to SinoSource.
